Supporting Horse and Rider, Naturally

Get the best for you and your horse

Integrated Equine Podiatry & Physiotherapy for Riders

At Fit For Purpose, I offer two complementary services focused on optimising performance, movement, and wellbeing for both horse and rider.

Integrated Equine Podiatry (IEP)

This brings together barefoot trimming, environmental adaptation, and nutritional guidance to give horses the best possible chance at sound, healthy, pain-free movement.

Whether your horse is transitioning out of shoes, working on abrasive surfaces, or just needs expert maintenance, IEP provides a practical and compassionate approach to hoof care. Learn more about Equine Podiatry

Horses Evolved for Movement – Let's Support Them Naturally

Horses have evolved over thousands of years with a hoof system designed by nature for strength, shock absorption, and adaptability. In the modern domestic environment, however, they need a little help.

Fit for Purpose – Physiotherapy for Riders

As a Chartered Physiotherapist (BSc Hons, MCSP, HCPC) with over 30 years of experience in musculoskeletal health and a lifetime of equestrian knowledge, I also offer Rider Physiotherapy to help equestrians build strength, symmetry, and control in the saddle.

From everyday riders to competitive athletes, my goal is to make your body as capable, balanced, and pain-free as possible—so you and your horse can move in harmony.
